Business Development Manager
InfoVision, a leading IT solutions firm currently looking for experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in IT staffing/projects sales.
§ Ideal candidates can cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
§ Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
§ Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi million dollar engagements.
§ In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms,
§ Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
§ Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
§ Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
§ Minimum 2 years experience in a sales/business development role
§ Minimum 2 years experience of IT industry experience
§ 'Hunter' with the ability to identify, penetrates and develop new accounts and be highly motivated and have a proven track record in IT sales in the areas of Software Applications Development, Mobile Applications, Web Services, Data Warehousing, SAS, Systems Administration, Software Quality Assurance, Real Time/Embedded systems, ERP etc.
§ The ability to identify prospective clients & create a market plan for the identified territory.
§ Excellent at networking, relationship building, and cold calling with experience in managing, retaining and significantly growing strategic accounts.
§ Pursuer of all qualified sales leads from all channels: cold-calls, referrals, and existing accounts.
§ Developer and pursuer of all qualified sales opportunities on a timely manner and capable of developing professional proposals.
§ Communicator who builds relationships at all levels with clients including line-of-business management as well as IT.
§ Capability for consultative solution-based selling as evidenced via experience with a solutions selling methodology (Miler-Heiman, Power Base Selling, Diagnostic Marketing,etc.)
§ Ability to thoroughly identify each prospect’s needs and requirements using a consultative sales approach.
§ Ability to coordinate with management and pre-sales technical team to develop an effective solution that addresses client requirements.
§ Ability to develop Microsoft PowerPoint slides to support client-specific components of sales presentations
§ Ability to develop Microsoft Word documents for proposals and RFI/RFP responses
§ Able to develop professional presentations for prospects and clients.
§ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – excellent listening capability; analytical construction of message content; clear and concise delivery of message
§ Strong negotiator with excellent closing skills. Outstanding client management, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, decision making, negotiation and communication skills are a must.
§ Standard Microsoft office computer skills
§ Impeccable ethical standards.
