Business Development Manager

Pracrea, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to work in its corporate office.

Pracrea is a startup that offers software-as-a-service solutions used by commercial real estate brokers and owners to manage the sale of their listings and properties. Currently, commercial real estate and business transactions are predominantly a manual process where the real estate or business broker facilitates and manages the transaction. Pracrea’s software will completely automate this process and will be the ultimate destination for Commercial Real Estate and Business Transactions.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting new commercial real estate brokers and owners to use Pracrea’s services.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include:

Prospect, qualify, propose, and create sustainable business partnerships 

  • Generate new clients for Pracrea, Inc

  • Maintain regular contact with prospects and target opportunities

  • Utilize multiple networking sources, including social media, to identify prospects

  • Create, work, and update a target list and forecast

  • Prepare, practice, and deliver professional proposals and presentations as needed

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with networking events as expected

  • Other duties as requested to enhance prospect and client relationships

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Previous inside sales, new business development, or related education and degree

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time management processes.

  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism in all interactions/situations.

  • Negotiating skills.

  • Strong Computer Skills

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions a plus (not required)

Compensation Package: Hybrid (Cash/Stock) in the range of $48,000 to $72,000 annually
