Job Title:  Business Development


Description: Corporate sales via direct contact with prospective customers.


Responsibilities include:


  • Work cooperatively with Sales Director


  • Establish & Maintain professional relationships with Tax, Payroll & HR staff of prospective clients 

o        SMART Calling

o        Trade Shows & Events


  • Maintain Online Sales Database (SalesForce.com)

o        Prospect/relationship updates

o        Opportunity Analysis

o        Activity Review


  • Present full scale professional PowerPoint presentations to senior Tax, Payroll & HR staff of prospective clients


  • Attend weekly Internal Sales Meetings


  • Sales Measurements: Minimum Requirements

o        Complete an average of 20 calls a day.

o        Schedule 4 meetings per month with prospective clients
