High School Diploma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Agriculture preferred. Three to five years sales experience with independent garden centers, professional turf and landscape, retailers, golf courses, nurseries, and/or growers. Hands on experience in the above described fields are a must. Knowledge in mulch, soil basics and/or aggregates is preferred.
