Business and Sales Operations Analyst Professional Services
About the Job
Provides business operational, financial, analytical, and statistical support primarily at the divisional level within the Global Services group. Responsible for developing Divisional reports, business planning preparation, reporting analysis, and tracking and forecasting of divisional bookings. Duties include:
Works closely with Business Manager, Global Services Lead, Sales, and Professional Services personnel in ensuring Professional Services bookings are properly credited within the specific Practice areas.
Supports sales leaders and sales people in forecasting activities and alignment to corporate CRM systems.
Pulls SFDC (salesforce.com) dashboards and reports in order to provide Global Sales Leader with low professional services content, account planning and balanced LOB analysis.
Provides analytical and statistical support within divisional organization requiring interfacing with a broad range of cross-functional positions, including sales, GRO, GRA, PSBI and Corporate Operational groups.
Responsible for working with the Sales Leadership to develop reports to track bookings, trending, and margin against predetermined goals. Tracks weekly forecasts to compile reports to report to Sr. Leadership.
Responsible for the development of statistical data for the reporting and analysis of yearly planning in the conjunction of the operations team.
Responsible for deal reviews to assess financial impacts to margin to assist GSL and Business Manager the risk impact of a sale.
Experience supporting sales operations
Strong Financial and analytical experience
Advanced Excel skills
Experience working with SFDC ( salesforce.com ) or other CRM to pull, manipulate and analyze data
