DESCRIPTION

The Drive Medical Territory Business Manager is responsible for all aspects of sales and account management for a specific territory in the State of Texas. The Territory Business Manager’s primary focus is calling on Homecare customers and distribution partners along with facility in-services.  The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow throughout Drive’s large, international organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Drive Medical seeks a seasoned sales professional with a solid understanding of the home medical, institutional, equipment / durable medical equipment industry.

Our ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of increasing sales with existing accounts, as well as the keen of acquiring new accounts / customers, and the ability to maintain a healthy and steady sales pipeline. This candidate will also have the knowledge and experience in managing a sale through the full lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS
For consideration, you should possess:

·         Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ year’s sales related experience and/or training.

·         Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·         Highly motivated and driven to succeed.

·         The ability to build and foster strong relationships.

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·         Aptitude to learn quickly and perform well under pressure.

·         Ability to work independently yet within company guidelines.

·         High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional maturity.

·         Industry experience a plus.
