Call Center Manager
Our client in Baltimore, a retailer of sustainable products, is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their quickly growing team. This individual needs to be highly-motivated with superior customer service skills. This is a full time permanent position offering $70-$80k. Hours will be flexible to correspond to volume and will typically be between 8:30am-6:00pm.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing and resolving all customer inquiries and escalations
- Hiring, training, and managing members of the growing customer service department
- Refining and enforcing customer service policies and procedures
- Tracking and reporting customer service performance metrics
- Driving new technologies to include e-commerce platforms, Live Chat and social media
Working hours: 8:30am-6:00pm
The ideal candidate will possess:
--Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, English, or related field preferred
--Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an inbound call center
--Management experience in an inbound call center for a retail company
--Strong leadership skills and team-orientation
--Superior written and verbal communication skills
