Ignition Interlocks are installed in a vehicle and measure the alcohol in the driver’s breath, only allowing them to start the vehicle if their breath alcohol content is below a set point. In short, we help save lives by limiting one’s ability to drink and drive.
We currently have a need for an experienced Call Center Manager in our Kent, Washington Office. The Call Center Manager will have responsibility in a high volume sales and service environment. They will have responsibility for supervising agents, business operations strategy and direction for the department to achieve revenue, productivity and other call center metrics.

The Call Center Manager’s job entails organizing and directing the daily activities related to call center operations. The main responsibility of the Call Center Manager is to drive revenue, manage, train and guide call center agents to execute daily tasks. The Call Center Manager monitors agents and calculates call center performance and analyzes reports.
