Call Center Representative
FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
PART TIME JUNIOR ASSOCIATION POSITION (Mon-Fri 8am-2pm)
FULL TIME SENIOR ASSOCIATE POSITION (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat - 40hrs/wk)
Job Summary: Screen applicants via phone that have applied for a short term loan. The screening process entails verifying employment and banking information for prospects. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
· Becoming trained on our loan services
· Screening via inbound calls to prospective customers that applied for a loan.
· Managing outbound 90-100 outbound calls a day by following up current customers to solicit orders in an assigned territory
· Supporting outside sales reps with potential customer orders
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Associate include:
· Supervising floor
· Assisting junior reps
· Completing quality control verifications
Minimum Job Requirements
A. Minimum 1-3 years experience in a customer service/sales environment.
B. Call center experience highly desirable
C. Ability to work in an extremely fluid and dynamic work environment.
D. Demonstrated multi-tasking is a must.
E. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
F. Must be a fast learner, who is a go-getter able to work independently to meet set goals.
