New Lake side restaurant opening in Cicero on Morse Lake reservoir is looking for a seasoned chef who has a passion for cooking and culinary leadership.
The chef should have 3-5 years of salaried kitchen manager experience in a full service casual upscale restaurant. Their job history should not have more than four jobs in the past ten years. The applicant should have competency in the following areas, menu development, costing out menu items, food ordering/vendor relationships, understanding of a budget and P&L, and the ability to hire top talent to work along side them.
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish their roots in the Indianapolis area . The new restaurant will be an American food concept and have a focus on scratch made food with local quality ingredients and simple execution.
