We are a growing I.T. company looking for the right person to be our brand new Account Manager on an awesome team of talented individuals!
The Account Manager is our client advocate, and is responsible for managing the relationship between the company and our clients. They prepare documentation and long term plans for each client on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, and meet with them to review their environment, their long term plan, and any service issues. In this position, you would become our connection to our clients!
As Account Manager, you would be expected to provide these services with a high level of competency and independence, demonstrating experience and ability in the areas of customer service. You must be comfortable with working with clients on a personal level, and able to document your discussions and ensure any resulting takey away items are addressed in a timely fashion. A high level of diligence and attention to detail is required, in order to ensure that expectations are met and all meetings and calls are performed on schedule. Our clients are looking for someone to "take control", and help them get the most of out of their relationship with our team. By implementing best practices for service delivery, as well as managing sales opportunities within each account, your job will be to offer continued assistance to ensure our mutually successful relationship between the company and the client.

Salary is commiserate on experience and starts at $39,000. Commission opportunities are available.
