Client Service Specialist
A fast-growing, dynamic independent financial advisory firm located in Bala Cynwyd, PA (suburbs of Philadelphia) is in need of a Client Service Specialist. We specialize in investment management and financial planning using a customized approach for high net worth couples, women and small business owners. We are currently seeking a dedicated team player with the desire to learn the business from the ground up and who is enthusiastic about helping people strive for financial independence. Our Client Service Specialist position requires a bright, hard-working, personable individual.
This position will support the associate advisor and the owner/lead advisor in all facets of the client relationship. The primary role of this position is to fulfill all daily operational client service needs. You will also assist in portfolio report generation, financial planning data entry, the creation of projections within Excel spreadsheets and operation of firm related software.
You must be independent and a critical thinker in the area of meeting the needs of client service requests. The associate advisor will have a great deal of interaction in terms of training and mentoring you in this position.

Financial Services industry experience is a huge plus!
A Four Year degree is REQUIRED. This is NOT an entry level position. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of operations and customer service experience (DO NOT apply without experience in both). You also are comfortable using Microsoft Excel© and would classify yourself as an intermediate to advanced user. You may be tested on your skill level. You work well with teams and individually and can prioritize your work with minimal supervision. You are customer service oriented.
Salary will be based on experience but we will pay competitively for the right person.
Qualified candidates will start the process by completing a Top Grading Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will then be invited to schedule a 15 to 30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is mutual ground on which to move forward, candidates will be asked to take a Kolbe and/or Caliper assessment. If the process moves from there, additional testing and assessments will be required.
