About the Job
Thriving Residential Real Estate, Property Management and Construction Firm in the Bronx, NY is looking for a Controller / CFO who has 5+ years of strong experience within the Accounting Department of a Residential Real Estate firm.
Salary to 140K, commensurate with experience. CPA REQUIRED.

Primary Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:
-Prepare monthly Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP
-Investment Reports
-Cash Flow Analysis and Projections
-Property Management Accounting and Analysis
-Consolidation and Acquisition accounting
-Investment reports for Investors

Job Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA REQUIRED
-5+ years experience in the accounting department of a Residential Real Estate Firm
-Yardi Software Skills preferred
-Excellent communication skills
