ROOF MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Roth, a Sodexo company, a national leader in construction building services markets, is seeking a self-motivated individual to work in it's Roof Services Department to coordinate and support operations and sales by scheduling and dispatching technicians and/or subcontractors as specified per inspection schedules of customer maintenance contracts; estimate customer repair quotes and coordination of repairs; cost summary reports; billings; maintenance of customer database with inspection and repair information; completing projects on time, safely and without interference to the customer's operations and property.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; be detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills with a minimum of two years prior administrative experience and the ability to work with and supervise others.
