IMMEDIATE NEED for dynamic Vice President, Corporate Attorney--MPF Policy & Compliance, with minimum of 10 years experience in the real estate or mortgage lending related field.
MPF Policy & Compliance leader supporting the MPF business in its develop of new strategic and marketing initiatives in support of our Community Lending Institutions.
Deep mortgage Industry knowledge and experience with regulatory and compliance including Dodd Frank, TIL and RESPA and other related mortgage disclosure laws and requirements; working with the business to develop and structure new products and services; deep understanding of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guides; a deep understanding of mortgage originations and mortgage servicing including risk management, customer care and marketing; and excellent written and communication skills.
Areas of responsibility include daily management of the MPF Policy department, Regulatory Compliance function in support of the MPF Program, Product Development related to new business activity notices including regulatory filings and guide language development and management over the MPF framework as it pertains to legal agreements and contracts with all business partners including support of the MPF Website and marketing materials.
Taking a leadership and development role in support of new products as it relates to product development activities including contract/agreement negotiations and development, regulatory filings in support of new business initiatives and activities, supporting contract development and negotiations with various Mortgage Investors, Marketing materials and website content, management over the MPF Policy department and its efforts to develop and maintain the MPF Origination and Servicing Guides, and oversight of the MPF Program regulatory compliance efforts.
Compensation: 150-250K+ Base (DOE)
Extreme Bonus Potential: 20-30% annual bonus + additional bonus' up to 40% or more of base compensation
Position reports to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
