Customer Service Administrator

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Earn $14.50 per hour at this full-time, temp-to-hire position.  Work 40 hours per week, first and second shifts available:

1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Job Description:
  • Patient registration, order entry, patient follow-up, device troubleshooting, status reporting and resolving customer issues without escalation
  • Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day with speed, accuracy and efficiency
  • Make 50-60 outbound calls per day to patients, hospitals and internal customers
  • Log all call details
  • Contribute in meeting and exceeding service goals by minimizing customer wait times and efficiently servicing customers' needs while acting as a liaison between the customer and departments within the company


  • College degree (AS, BA or BS minimum)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with cardiac patients preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare is desirable
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to perform in a diverse and dynamic environment, as well as excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work on a computer and internet for the entire shift, using multiple applications in a stationary cubicle environment to service continuous customer calls
  • Must be able to work all three shifts and weekends as the customer service center is open 24/7
