About the Job

Full time representative position available! We are currently accepting applications from candidates with a customer service background for an entry level representative to work as part of our team. Entry Level representatives will receive training to ensure they have all the skills and knowledge that they require to be successful in this high energy, customer oriented industry.  We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable & comfortable working in a team oriented environment.


 

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ø  Customer interaction to promote products & services

Ø  Maintain professional standards in sales & customer relationships

Ø  Participate in daily training sessions & campaign meetings

Ø  Contribute to a positive & energetic environment

 

Team based training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our  team leaders. We promote growth from within and encourage our team to work together to reach client goals and improve skills. Specialized training will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long term customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Ø  2-4 year degree

Ø  Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally

Ø  Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Ø  Sales or direct customer service experience

Ø  Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment
