Customer Service Rep

Now, we seek to add another full-time Customer Service Representative to that team.
Answering telephone calls from insured’s and obtaining details as to how or where their injury or illness occurred, transferring calls to the staff from attorneys, adjusters, insured’s, etc. In addition, duties include performing numerous administrative tasks scanning incoming correspondence and closed cases.
CUSTMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
· Answering phone calls from insured’s, attorneys, adjuster’s, clients, etc
· Checking voicemails and returning calls to insured’s
· Scanning Phia Accident Questionnaires
· Scanning Closed Cases
· Scanning Client Info Sheets / Case Referrals
· Correspondence & Documents to Satellite Offices
