LIFE SAFETY CALL CENTER SPECIALIST
7AM - 7PM

If so, consider becoming a Life Safety Call Center Specialist with Vector Security. We are currently seeking an individual to work from 7AM to 7PM in our Plymouth Meeting location outside Philadelphia, PA.
· Responsible for responding to alarm signals and ensuring the safety and security of our Customers
· Handling potential emergency situations - Life Safety
· Professionally handling customer calls with a courteous attitude
· Working closely with our team of professional Technicians and Customer Service staff to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
· 2+ years Customer Service experience at each job
· Consistent work history
· Ability to type 25 words a minute with knowledge of a keyboard
· Possess great verbal and written communication skills
· Have a genuine desire to help others in a team-driven environment
· Ability to work 36 hrs. 1 week, 48 hrs. next week, plus every other weekend
$12.50/hour after completing 3 month's Training
