This is an opportunity for you to join a nationally award winning Customer Service team. (Customer Service Department of the Year 2011 and 2012)  As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-channel environment.  Customer Service Representatives accurately and efficiently receive and enter sales orders, provide price quotes and work with customers to provide solutions that create customer loyalty and build upon L-com’s outstanding reputation as an industry leader.  This is a full time position with occasional overtime required. (Monday – Friday, No Weekends)

 

General Duties:

 

- Ensure proper qualification of all contacts, customers and opportunities

- Master the L-com order entry process including the EPDS order entry system

- Consistently clean and keep current the contact database

- Oversee timely and accurate entry and review customer orders

- Follow all ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions related to the position

- Interact with the L-com customer via the most efficient medium for the customer

- Learn L-com’s product offerings to the best of your ability

- Assume additional projects as directed by the management team

- Contribute as a team member in the customer service department and provide the best   customer service possible to our internal and external customers

- Strive to make the customer’s experience with L-com pleasant and effective

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

- Experience reviewing customer purchase orders and data/order entry in a Call Center Environment

- Proven experience dealing with customers

- Ability to work with customers/teams to resolve issues, strongly preferred
- Ability and experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills (including typing)
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Fluent in English/Spanish (or other language) preferred.
