Penn Terminals Inc. is a privately owned marine terminal and stevedoring company located in Eddystone, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing incustomer service and excellent data input skills.
Individual responsibilities include: efficiently and accurately processing container and truck activitywhich includes inputting each activity into a database system in a timely manner. Perform other duties as directed by the department manager.

Candidate must have or qualify for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).Must be highly efficient working with Microsoft Excel and have experience with flatbed trucking. Knowledge of container and CBP terminology a plus. Hours will vary but need flexibility to adjust schedule as business dictates.
