Description: Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant
Customer Service Representative: Deals directly with customers either by telephone or electronically to answer product inquires. Process purchase orders/invoices/shipping details.
- Answer incoming customer phone and email inquiries.
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries via emails.
- Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Uses internal tools to process customer purchase orders, invoices, and shipping details.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Degree preferred but not required.
