Primary inbound Call Center 60% with strong customer service. Secondary outbound telemarketing 40% and survey completion.
Looking for a sales driven individual who has excellent customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication, works with general supervision performing duties as described with special attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
Skills & Requirements:
Must be well versed in professional communication
Must have a minimum of 2 years call center or customer service experience
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to multi-task (talk & type in several applications)
Must have reliable transportation to/from Independence office
Must have basic computer knowledge (Internet, Email, Messenger)
Must be detail oriented
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
