Job Purpose:

Primary inbound Call Center 60% with strong customer service.  Secondary outbound telemarketing 40% and survey completion.


Job Summary:


Looking for a sales driven individual who has excellent customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication, works with general supervision performing duties as described with special attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.


  • Inbound phone calls
  • Outbound telemarketing calls
  • Outbound performance surveys
  • Enter and process new service orders
  • Locate information for technicians and customers
  • Service issues by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, and resolving
  • Update and send daily reports
  • Assist with marketing efforts



Skills & Requirements:

Must be well versed in professional communication
Must have a minimum of 2 years call center or customer service experience
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to multi-task (talk & type in several applications)
Must have reliable transportation to/from Independence office
Must have basic computer knowledge (Internet, Email, Messenger)
Must be detail oriented
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
