We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a consumer product manufacturing and marketing company located in the east-end of Louisville, KY. This position reports to the Director of Customer Service.
You will be responsible for customer service for national and major customer accounts. This will include entering orders, processing credits, taking phone calls, handling EDI transactions and maintaining product information on customer websites.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in AS400 environment a plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, sense of urgency and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- East-end location, permanent position, interviewing immediately
