Customer Service Representative

Large Association in Alexandria, VA is looking for someone with call center experience, for their Customer Service Dept!

Must possess a great positive attitude, strong customer service and data entry skills. Also, candidates should have  great attention to details, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:
-MUST HAVE PRIOR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
-MUST HAVE A PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY ATTITUDE FOR CUSTOMERS
-MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST LIVE IN THE NORTHERN VA AREA

Duties:

•Respond to calls via the toll free line in a courteous and timely manner
•Must be able to answer a minimum of 100 calls per day during peak periods within 6 months of employment.
•Process all member account updates (i.e., address changes, reinstatements, etc.) using Personify  database and any forms as necessary
•Assume ownership and accountability for resolution of all inquiries related to customer service
•Provide technical assistance, support and advice to members regarding online services and products, which includes troubleshooting problems and providing problem escalation, follow-up and documentation
•Must be fluent in all program applications within 6 months of employment
•Receive cross-training in the Records/Applications Department, Publication, Journals, Continuing Education, and Conferences
•Complete outbound telemarketing calls in association with arrears, welcome, Students and others type of calls on a need to basis.
•Minimum of 15-20 calls per hour  to be made per rep per assigned days
