Founded in Los Angeles in 1998, Twin Med has grown into a nationwide distributor with currently operating distribution centers strategically across the country.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Upon request, provide customers with product availability and service related information.
* Process inbound calls and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
* Sales order processing and data input using Great Plains software
* Sales order monitoring and customer follow-up.
* Research required information using available resources.
* Check the availability of inventory, accurately answer product inquires, and provides reliable information concerning product delivery and the status of open orders. Follow-up with customers inquiries and requests where necessary.
* On a timely basis, notify customer of pricing errors and status on any back-ordered products
* Accurately process and log sales order corrections.
* Issue returns authorizations and process returns.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous, professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications

* Proficiency using personal computers and sales order processing software. Experience using Great Plains
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of four years work experience in a busy, high volume customer service/call center environment. Experience in the medical supply industry or a large medical practice a plus.
* High School diploma.
