Customer Service Representative
(Kitchen & Bath)
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Fast paced customer focused call center. The ideal candidates for this position possess customer service skills that provide a provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. Candidates must enhance the company’s value proposition and affect the total customer experience by acquiring superior product knowledge and providing services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Experience and Education Required:
Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)
(R) High school diploma or GED
(R) 1-2 years experience in Customer Service and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
(R) Basic Math skills
(R) Read, Speak and Write English
(R) Call Center experience is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Ability to multi-task and to prioritize all incoming workflow in a fast pace environment.
· Excellent data entry, Keyboard navigation, Problem solving, Communication and listening skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel programs
· Call center environment, business casual dress code. Minimal movement outside of workstation area, majority of time spent on data entry of orders received via electronic fax and incoming phone inquires (use of head-set recommended).
The Customer Service Representative position pays $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Cash profit sharing is paid to all employees.
