Then you might be a great addition to our team!  Successful candidates will render a variety of customer services to clients through application of knowledge of our organization, its services and products.  Ideal candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, and a good conversationalist.  Past positions should involve working with people; areas could include retail, restaurant staff, and hotel hospitality.






·               Develop knowledge of products and services offered by Company.

·               Provide feedback to the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs.

·               Answer phones and respond to customer requests.

·               Solicits sales of new or additional services.

·               Provide customers with product and service information. Assist callers in deciding what types of products or services would best suit their needs. You may even aid customers in completing purchases or transactions

·               Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees.

·               Learn to efficiently use the company’s computerized estimating system.

·               Prepare written reports and council staff as required on each project.

·               Determine the necessary computer reports required for monitoring Customer Service and Retention goals and individual performance and make recommendations to the President.

·               Maintain and update Contact Relationship Management database.

·               Gives refunds or issues credit memorandums to customers.

·               Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.

·               Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.

·               Maintains detailed, concise daily project records, documents all important issues through field correspondence.

·               Ensure customer service is a priority with a goal of achieving 95% Satisfaction on Customer Service Calls.

·               Makes change and issues credits to customers.

·               Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.

·               Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.

·               Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.

·               Complete call logs and reports.

·               Make changes or updates to a customer’s profile or account information

·               Research billing issues.

·               Research misapplied payments.

·               Investigates customer complaints and reports disputes or complaints at weekly staff meeting.

·               Follow-up to insure that customer issues are properly resolved.

·               Initiate accounts receivable collections calls to clients.  Inform Account Manager of any issues inhibiting collections and follow-up to insure issue has been resolved.
