We are looking for a talented Customer Service Team Leader. The successful candidate will provide daily leadership to staff members in order to meet the customer expectations. Their responsibilities include ensuring timely processing of customer orders and will work with other team members when needed to resolve customer disputes. The Customer Service Team Leader will identify systems and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. The successful candidate must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. They will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
