Cyber Software Engineer 4

Description
  Northrop Grumman Information Systems is seeking a talented Sr. Software Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with software developers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of cloud based software. You will determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems and ensures software standards are met.
 
Qualifications
  Required Qualifications:
  • Shall have a Bachelors degree and nine (9) years experience or thirteen (13) years experience in lieu of a degree in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
  • Must have two (2) years of experience in the SIGINT environment.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience in Java programming, debugging, and optimization (profiling code).
  • Must have C or C++ programming experience.
  • Must have experience in a AWT/SWT multithreaded user interface development.
  • All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • May have experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) mathematics and principles.
  • May have experience programming and debugging in HTML/CSS.
