We are currently searching for a Cytogenetic Supervisor to join our team in Fort Myers, FL due to our growth!

In this position you will be accountable for the accuracy and reliability of all laboratory services provided in the Cytogenetics Department. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision and oversight of the laboratory operation, personnel and for monitoring processes to ensure that acceptable levels of performance are maintained. In addition you will also be responsible for helping in the implementation of all area procedures and operations as well as ensuring that metrics established to measure quality, production and efficiency are strictly followed.

Qualifications include a B.A./B.S. in Biology or related field, ASCP certification in field of specialty and at least 6  years of experience in Cytogenetics and an additional three years of experience in a supervisory or lead role is required.   State of Florida supervisory license in Cytogenetics is preferred.
