Director of Business Development
Competitive Salary - $100K to $140K Base with OTE between $270K to $350K.

Our preferred candidate is someone who has sold consulting for a system integrator focused on Oracle applications/technology or has sold Oracle applications/technologies licenses at Oracle. You must have strong existing relationship with Senior IT managers and LOB managers in a local market or in a particular industry.

You communicate an inspired and optimistic vision and win over colleagues, customers and business partners alike with your articulate negotiating skills. You are known for your strong hunting capabilities and strategic operating skills, and you’re constantly on the lookout for prospective deals and new business opportunities. Our client is searching for top-notch self-motivated business development professionals who excel at cultivating strategic relationships while developing new business. This individual will need strong business acumen and a successful track record of selling to senior IT managers and LOB managers. This is an individual contributor role responsible for direct sales of our Consulting services.
In addition, you have the following attributes/specialties:
You will develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for your territory, including identifying core customers, mapping the benefits of our clients’ solutions to the business requirements. You will strive to understand the customer’s organizational structure and work to achieve alignment. You will take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulate the implementation of agreed account and business plans. Furthermore, you’ll coach partners, accessing resources within the company to support them on specific opportunities, with the goal of building sufficient capacity to meet customers’ demand for the company’s-related services and skills.
