International Cosmetics Company is seeking Director of Sales - Bilingual Spanish
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* The Director of Sales is expected to elaborate and propose to the President new policies aimed at improving the sales department organization and performance. This will include setting goals and metrics to motivate team members and to reward success. It will also include setting up a strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
Responsible for supporting achievement of Sales Division quantitative objectives. o Consultant Base Growth o New Consultant Sponsoring Growth o Development and Strengthening Leader Base o Sales Targets o Increase Profits * Lead and motivate sales and business development team to drive maximum productivity and success * Define and execute strategy to drive business by traveling to markets to understand local needs, identifying appropriate partners, and developing business plan * Build close business with key partners and develop specific marketing programs including new product launches, business growth and strategies. * Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Business Planning, Programs, Finance, Strategy. to develop and execute of the marketing calendar * Drive brand growth strategically and operationally * Ensure integrated implementation across key functional areas for goal attainment * Increase penetration of JAFRA Opportunity across the nation * Perform administrative functions, including, but not limited to: o Managing department budget o Provide statistical detail and status reports, expense reports, and other information as requested All other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Business Management or equivalent related fields.
Experience: Five to seven years’ experience with extensive knowledge of Direct Selling learning concepts, principles, practices, procedures and understanding of Multi-level Marketing. Expertise in analyzing sales training strategies that support over all business goals and budget requirements.
Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a Team in a forward thinking manner. To serve as mentor, while developing skills and competencies. Supports culture of open communication, and full participation, which drives creativity, ownership, accountability, professionalism, and innovation. Must be able to determine appropriate actions to be taken and guide implementation of change with all key Team members.
Ability to act with a high degree of integrity, autonomy, and independence. Ability to work effectively with others to create a cooperative and successful team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to project desired message in a motivational manner. Must be organized and have the ability to follow projects from beginning to completion. Achievement oriented and excellent verbal and written skills, including proof-reading and editing. Ability to problem solve and identify opportunities, through expert knowledge in use of analytics(on own or with Team members).
Other: Must be able to work under pressure, in an extremely fast-paced work environment, and handle several projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. Possesses the flexibility and adaptability, to react to urgent requests and business direction, with a commitment and willingness to get the job done.
