As a sales representative with Stone Strong Of Maryland and Modern Foundations Inc., you will be marketing a retaining wall system and other precast concrete products to builders, contractors, engineers, developers, count and state officials, and home owners. Our primary product Stone Strong, is a large block gravity retaining wall system that solves problems that the small block systems do not.
This position requires a self-motivated person with excellent communication skills, experience with Dodge Reports and other internet construction job report programs. Basic understanding of Civil Drawings, Site Plans and construction plans. Large retaining wall projects may take months to come to fruition and require a long follow up commitiment.
Modern Foundations and its other related companies (Stone Shooters and MFI Concrete) offer a unique opportunity for the right sales person to capture many other sales with the same clients.
Travel within Maryland, DC, Northern VA, Southern PA, and Delaware.
Call on engineers, developers, and Retaining wall contractors.
Exhibit at trade shows.
Research bid leads and download plans from internet sites.
Review plans with contractors and provide takeoff quantities for our estimators.
