We are hiring a District Manager for our Central Utah Area
Our District Managers are responsible for overseeing all operations, human resources, and compliance requirements of three (3) to seven (7) units. The District Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.
o Direct district/GM meetings; present information and training at company meetings.
o Oversee bench planning, development, and performance for District.
o Complete all management recruiting, orientations, counseling, and termination paperwork.
o Handle and resolve all workman compensation claims.
o Interpret, identify, explain and teach P&L statement and financial data to management teams.
o Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment.
o Implement required restaurant systems to ensure high operational and financial performance.
o The District Manager must remain current with ServSafe® certification and Foundations® along with certification to Proctor both.
o Evaluate the following on each visit, making sure to communicate an action plan to resolve deficiencies and celebrate success.
§ DT Speed of Service execution and results.
§ Appearance of Exterior and Interior facilities.
§ Friendliness of Store Team and Management to customers (C.A.R.E.)
§ 12 Critical Food Safety areas and REV action plan execution and completion.
§ Certification of management team for Servsafe® and Foundations®
§ Develop Management Team, Training system execution.
§ Store cash control system.
§ Marketing plan execution.
§ Proper completion and execution of all administrative duties.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Customer Service, Food Sanitation, Management Proficiency, Quality Focus
