District Sales Manager Business Development

About the Job

Green Illuminating Systems, Inc. is looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales people with a successful sales track record, who would like to be compensated for their efforts. We want candidates, with six-figure income mentalities as part of their own standard of success. This is a non-draw, 100% commission remunerated position. Our District Managers are employees of and work exclusively for Green Illuminating Systems, Inc. These are not sales agents or manufacturers sales representatives, with 100% of your income being derived from sales commissions on Green Illuminating Systems, Incorporated’s HPLED Lighting products.

We currently have opportunities available across the United States and they are not your standard 100% commission jobs. Our District Sales Managers will have immediate responsibility for managing our existing distribution network in their territory from which they will receive compensation from all products that flow through at these locations. The District Sales Manager will also be responsible for working with our distributor’s key personnel specializing in higher education, government, state and local municipalities, national account managers, and distribution branches. Training and educating our distributors, providing key technical support information, and performing joint sales calls, will be essential to the candidate’s success and income building potential.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for business development and sales outside the scope of our current distributors for direct sales through our Company. Commercial lighting experience will be an asset for the candidate, but not required for this position. All candidates selected for the position will participate in an extensive LED lighting training program, preparing them for success in the field. In addition, ongoing field support for the candidate’s efforts will be provided through their Regional Sales Manager, to whom the candidate will report.
