Description: Director of Business Development / E-Learning Sales

I/ Key job tasks of Business Development / E-Learning Sales

1. Business Development

Find new opportunities and markets to develop e-learning courses.  This can include but is not limited to state or federal government, corporations, or courses for specific industries.  Must have a proven track record of success for finding new opportunities and successfully developing products that result in immediate revenue and profits for the company. You can view the websites for some of the products our company has developed in provide you a better understanding of the types of e-learning courses we offer.






2.  E-Learning Sales

  • Selling CBT Development's courses and services to companies that need e-learning courses developed. Must have a proven track record of success for finding sales opportunities and successfully closing new deals that result in immediate revenue and profits for the company. Having contacts in the e-learning industry that you have previously developed business relationships with would be a strong advantage.

 Develop and deliver insightful presentations and strategies to the business unit and executive committee where appropriate.

Assist the business unit to meet its objectives, live the values and culture and to practice company policies.

II / Job specification for Director of Business Development / E-Learning Sales

1.BS/BA in Marketing or related field

2.Minimum 3 years marketing experience at a small to mid-size professional services organization.

3.Experience with new media and internet advertising

4.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution

5.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

6.A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

7.Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
