Job Description
National Sales Manager
Position Summary:
Will work in a close knit team with customer support, product management, and business development to successfully sell and deploy products - which is in the specialty glass laboratory market. The position will include providing feedback and direction to product management for the evolution of the product based on customer input. Additionally, the following responsibility areas are expected as a part of the sales manager role.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Coordinate customer service and applications engineering
- Interface with manufacturing and engineering teams
- High energy, self motivated, creative thinking and attention to detail
- Technical/business development/management experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. with at least 7-10 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of glass
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Professional phone manner
- Prior presentation skills preferred
