Bromley Brook School Year Round Facilities Manager Bromley Brook School, a year round girl's boarding school, is looking for a working facilities manager experienced in all phases of repair and maintenance. Must have master's level certification or equivalent in at least one trade. Ability to maintain mechanical systems associated with the building required. Must be able to troubleshoot and address issues. Knowledge of codes essential. Must be organized and have good customer service skills. Some evenings and week-end work required. Must be available for on-call. 3-5 years experience in managing similar facilities. Requires lifting, clean driving record, background check, and drug test.
