Managed Services BTS Field Technician

 

Description:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of cell site equipment and auxiliary equipment. (Lucent CDMA BTS, Motorola iDEN EBTS)
• Plan and perform administrative tasks. Basic computer skills required.
• Perform inventory functions such as receive, assign and track parts within inventory management software program.
• Industry Experience Required - 1 year of communications experience and electrical fundamentals
• Preferred - 1 year of Telecom experience with data networking technologies troubleshooting capabilities.
• Job Experience Required - 1 year using analysis tools to identify equipment related problems. Preferred - 1 year using test equipment DS1/DS3 test set, antenna sweep equipment, power meter and multi-meter.
