1. Education/Certification: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus)
2. General Experience (Required): 7-10 years’ experience in government pricing, compliance related activities, financial analysis, rebate adjudication or contracting (preferred with focus on government sector). Understanding of legal aspects of contracts, general knowledge of payment procedures and process controls and the ability to interpret government legislation/regulation. Sound judgment, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers including government agencies. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet requests with tight timelines. 7 + years of supervisory experience with proven track record of people development. Excellent knowledge of PC based software programs with superior Excel skills and understanding of systems and systems interdependencies. Strong knowledge, understanding, and application of FAR/DFAR pricing requirements for CPFF, FFP, CPAF, and T&M contract types.

4. Job Responsibilities: Initial primary responsibility will be to serve as the lead business resource for the implementation of a new Government Pricing system. Later duties will include managing the team that calculates mandatory government pricing submissions and/or overseeing a GP Compliance Program. Implements policies and procedures to ensure that the company is compliant with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that mandatory reporting requirements are met. Reviews new/proposed rules/legislation and works with Legal and Government Affairs to help formulate company interpretation/response and the potential financial impact. Works with Compliance and Legal areas to investigate and resolve compliance problems, questions or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc. Formulates and executes recommendations in key strategic and tactical areas which impact price calculation to support long and short term business goals.
