Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst for an international oil and gas company.  This is a high profile position with heavy interaction with senior management.  Specific responsibilities include:

·        Assist in preparing and analyzing the monthly financial package which includes a monthly analysis of revenues and expenses.

·        Assist in long range planning and budgeting.

·        Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational analysis requests.

·        Various special projects.

Qualified candidates must have:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. (CPA preferred).

·  3+ years experience within the Energy industry, preferably oil and gas related.

·  Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel skills.

·  Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
