THE POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Accept full responsibility for fund accounting
- Daily reconciliation of cash balances
- Daily/Monthly reconciliation of investment positions and market values
- Trade processing
- Gathering and processing corporate actions
- Confirming validity of corporate actions and significant price changes with independent source
- Calculation and recording of fees
- Review of accruals and expense items
- Interaction with investment managers and prime brokers to resolve questions and reconciliation differences
- Analytical review of daily and monthly results
- Generation and review of daily/monthly reports

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· December 2012 or Spring 2013 grad with an undergrad degree in accounting upon graduation. A minimum 3.0 GPA required
- CFA or CFA candidate a plus
- Previous industry with financial services hedge funds/fund of funds a plus
- Willingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge in the industry
- Strong organizational skills
