Qualifications include:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 6 months relevant work experience (can be non-concurrent) in two or more of the following areas:
    • Sales - Able to demonstrate ability on resume or application, experience can include retail stores, restaurants or related industry.
    • Customer Service Experience (i.e. retail, restaurant)
    • Management/Supervisory Experience
    • o Military leadership experience (E4 or above)
    • Will consider 6 months of organizational involvement in lieu of work experience as defined below:
      • Organizations/Clubs- at a leadership level
      • Community Service- at a leadership level
      • Athletics (collegiate or professional level)
  • Must be available to work an average of 48 hours per week.
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from the posting location, or moving to the area within 30 days or 30 days post-graduation from college
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
