Our operations staff performs the following functions:

• Call Center/Customer Service Representatives handle inquiries from health care providers and health plan members in a fast-paced, inbound call center.  Note that this is not face-to-face customer service, sales or patient care. Call Center experience and a strong commitment to service excellence are necessary.
• Data Entry Keyers are responsible for timely processing of health insurance claims and authorizations of requests for medical services. Speed and accuracy in typing and 10-key are essential.
• Provider Network Development/Credentialing Agents ensure the maintenance and expansion of Palladian Health’s network of diverse health care providers. Ability to multi-task, meet dead-lines, and good communication skills are important for success in this position.
