A Leading national provider of payroll, human resource, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small to medium-sized businesses is seeking top talent in your area.

Our client is currently seeking to hire a Health and Benefits Account Executive to drive new business within a defined territory.  Sell a full suite of HR, payroll and benefit services such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, HR and Benefit Systems, private marketplace and HR Advisory/Consulting Services through a benefit broker distribution channel. Uncover new opportunities through new business development and building up your referral network.


  • Generate revenue and uncover opportunities within assigned territory
  • Identify market potential
  • Initiate the sales process as well as Close sales
  • Expand sales in existing accounts
  • Recommend new products and service

The Channel Sales - Benefit Sales Executives will develop long-standing relationships with benefit brokers and will develop their company’s brand in their territory. The target marketplace is small/medium size businesses with 1-500 employees.

Ideal candidates to have established strong relationships working with and selling to Insurance Agencies/Brokers AND have subject command of FSA, HRA, HSA, COBRA, HR Admin Systems, and Payroll.


  • BA/BS required
  • Min. 3+ years direct sales experience selling HR Benefits
  • Ability to develop strong broker relationships as a means of generating referrals
  • Build relationships with healthcare carriers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attain sales goals and managing accounts within a designated territory
  • Computer literacy including use of laptops, Windows, and Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word)
  • License: life and health preferred



·         Base Salary $45,000 - $55,000+ (based on experience)

·         Uncapped Commissions with year 1 @ plan $80,000 - $100,000

·         Full benefit package

·         Expense Package –for Gas/Cell

·         401K retirement plan
