Ethos Management Group Inc is a hospital system business office operations specialist handling all aspects of business office operations for our contracted hospital clients. We are looking for a few smart and confident people to serve in the role of analyst responsible for the following:
-Coordinate the assignment of patient accounts to outside collection agencies
-Administration and reporting of the Charity Care Program
-Reporting of outside agency activities
-Invoice reviews and approvals
-Adjusting agency accounts for recalls, recoveries, and/or settlements requested by collection agencies, business office or management
-Communicating with patients regarding payment, disputes, charity status, payment plans, and general account information and referring to proper agencies
We provide on the job training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
The following skills are a plus:
-experience with collection agencies and the assignment of accounts
-knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS coding structures
-familiar with collection agency healthcare collection laws
-medical and insurance terminology
