New Heritage Recruiters is currently seeking a part-time leading to a full-time inside sales health recruiters position to support our continued growth in a physician recruitment industry.
As a medical recruitment agency, we focus on providing a rewarding service to both employers and medical staff. Every day, we engage with healthcare facilities and practices in need of physicians in a wide-variety of practice areas.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, competitive spirit and desire to succeed as demonstrated by prior accomplishments in sales (Preferably in health industry), academics and work ethic. Additionally, the candidate must have ability to think analytically and be able to influence physicians and decision makers in medical facilities.
· Prospect and conduct in depth interviews by phone
· Evaluate candidates resumes against current client needs
· Drive the hiring process, including all submissions, interview follow ups, and ultimately their start on the assignment
· Meet and exceed targeted recruiting objectives
· Be accountable for accurate documentation in company’s CRM system - fully document calls and activity
· Understand the recruitment process
· Minimum of 2+ years of successful track record in Health or related industry sales
· Strong written/oral communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
· College degree preferred
· Recruiting/Medical Staffing experience preferred
· Microsoft and Sales Force application proficient
· Energetic and willing to learn and take direction
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
