About the Job

Provide guidance and HR partnership to leaders in the X-BU Engineering Operations and Shared Services organization (EOS2). Responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, or training. Act as primary strategic HR resource and business partner for assigned function, providing advice and recommendation. Ensure efficient and effective execution of all talent related deliverables and initiatives. Provide HR program management expertise using corporate guiding principles and HR best practices. Drive systemic organizational and people strategies that are aligned to the business strategy. May provide input to or define short and long-term goals and objectives for human resource service delivery.

• Accountable for consulting with managers on strategic, organizational, business and talent challenges.
• Collaborate with members of the POSM HR team and global HR partners to execute cross functional programs and deliverables.
• Partner with and coach the business leadership team to facilitate organization and cultural change.
• In conjunction with business partners, responsible for implementation of talent management processes – selection, succession planning, management development, career development.
• Identify training/skills/competency needs of the organization, in partnership with line management.
• Evaluates HR effectiveness through data analysis – prepare and distribute HR metrics to ensure business needs met.
• Ensures HR project and programs are completed on time and in alignment with corporate and business expectations. Communicate and provide status, disclose issues, and report results to both HR and line management.
• Work is accomplished without considerable direction. Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment.
• Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.

• Minimum 5+ years of applicable HR experience in a client facing HR Business Partner role and/or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience.
• Demonstrated employee relations competence and knowledge of employment law required.
• Proven experience in leading, organizing, and executing complex HR projects and initiatives.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, focused on execution, with high sense of urgency.
• Highly collaborative, develops and maintains effective and positive working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and provide meaningful information to line business.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
