Technical knowledge mandatory
Engineering background or diploma is desired
Position Duties
- supporting clients by quoting, answering questions and responding to requests; tracks customer requests and requirements
- Expedites output delivery by checking schedules; verifying status; providing reminders.
- Assists Customer Service Reps and Sales as needed.
- Heavy data entry of sales orders
- Promote internal customer service & cooperation between all departments
- Execute client retention
- Resolve problem situations
- Help collection
Position Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Oracle – a plus)
- Minimum 2 years sales admin experience –
- Advantage if any technical skill
- Attention to detail
- Able to build positive client relationships
- Operate productively with minimal supervision
